Can I thank you for the speed that you responded to my call last week. It was Friday evening, 5pm and I really didn't think I'd be able to get hold of anyone at that time of the day but you answered almost immediately. From the time we spoke to your arrival was only 20 minutes and although we needed to order a part (which you received and then fitted on Saturday Afternoon)I was very impressed with your service. I was even more impressed that you had oil filled radiators on your van which you gave me to heat the main rooms of the house until we could get the heating back on

I cannot stress the importance of customer service, which in this day and age we seem to have forgotten about. GasInsure offer a great service, which they seem to have by the bucket load.
